Missouri’s lone scoring opportunity came in the 75th minute where a drop goal was missed narrowly to the right.
BYU match-day captain Mark Bonham applauded his team’s performance over all.
“We had a good game today,” the senior Bonham said, “We wanted to fix some things from yesterday and we felt like we were able to do that with some better continuity and set piece work.”
The BYU Cougars now have another bye before the brunt of the BYU season begins in earnest against the Rugby Super League team the Denver Barbarians on February 25th in Grand Junction, CO.
